After 2011 their revenues are going to start going down, which would put the dividend in danger as there would be less in earnings to support the generous payments. I definitely expect PFE to announce some sort of a merger which would lead to a dividend cut or freeze. I would stay away from PFE.. I think that Pfizer is a value trap for investors.
