		<description>They say it is impossible to time the market, but you and I both know you can time a stock. If fundamental analysis shows that a stock is below its intrinsic value and that return can be captured in a shorter time with lesser risk than an investment with similar RoR and risk.....you must go for it.  Knowing the pending news, technical indicators, sector momentum, etc can all be key factors. I use the research reports at http://www.microcapreports.com/ to find undervalued stocks with potentially great returns in a short time period. Small caps are easier to pick out because of the large variations in volume that can push their pps much higher.</description>
